利用均匀带电圆环在直角坐标系中的电势和电场强度的2个分量的公式,推导了均匀带电圆形薄板的电势和电场强度的2个分量的积分公式.将积分公式无量纲化,采用数值积分法计算电势和场强的值,绘制曲面、二维等势线和电场线.     

Platelet-derived growth factor receptor beta identifies mesenchymal stem cells with enhanced engraftment to tissue injury and pro-angiogenic property

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are heterogeneous likely consisting of subpopulations with various therapeutic potentials. Here we attempted to acquire a subset of MSCs with enhanced effect in wound healing. We found that human placental MSCs expressing platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) receptor (PDGFR)-β exhibited greater proliferation rates and generated more colony-forming unit-fibroblast (CFU-F), compared to PDGFR-β^? MSCs. Notably, PDGFR-β⁺ MSCs expressed higher levels of pro-angiogenic factors such as Ang1, Ang2, VEGF, bFGF and PDGF. When 10⁶ GFP-expressing MSCs were topically applied into excisional wounds in mice, PDGFR-β⁺ MSCs actively incorporated into the wound tissue, resulting in enhanced engraftment (3.92 ± 0.31 × 10⁵ remained in wound by 7 days) and accelerated wound closure; meanwhile, PDGFR-β^? MSCs tended to remain on the top of the wound bed with significantly fewer cells (2.46 ± 0.26 × 10⁵) engrafted into the wound, suggesting enhanced chemotactic migration and engraftment of PDGFR-β⁺ MSCs into the wound. Real-Time PCR and immunostain analyses revealed that the expression of PDGF-B was upregulated after wounding; transwell migration assay showed that PDGFR-β⁺ MSCs migrated eightfold more than PDGFR-β^? MSCs toward PDGF-BB. Intriguingly, PDGFR-β⁺ MSC-treated wounds showed significantly enhanced angiogenesis compared to PDGFR-β^? MSC- or vehicle-treated wounds. Thus, our results indicate that PDGFR-β identifies a subset of MSCs with enhanced chemotactic migration to wound injury and effect in promoting angiogenesis and wound healing, implying a greater therapeutic potential for certain diseases.

两岔沟泥石流为一大型潜在危险性泥石流,由于地震和人为等因素的影响,泥石流发生的可能性较大.在现场踏勘和分析两岔沟泥石流流域分区特征的基础上,从形成泥石流的地形、水源、物源等主要方面着手研究.通过经验公式估算及实测计算相结合的多种分析方法,来综合评定泥石流的流体重度、流量、流速及一次泥石流流过总量.一方面,验证了经验公式的适应性,另一方面,揭示了泥石流的发展趋势,为后续的防护和治理提供了可靠的基本物理力学参数.

High-performance flexural fatigue of carbon nanotube yarns

Carbon nanotube yarns （CNTY） possess good specific strength and specific conductivity. As such, their potential for commercial applications is significant. Fatigue performance is a significant consideration in yarn/wire applications. In this study, the flexural fatigue performance of CNTY spun from super-aligned carbon nanotube arrays was investigated using a reversed bending test. The results showed that CNTY exhibited excellent resistance to pure flexural fatigue, significantly outperforming stainless steel wire; CNTY failed where a combination of flexural fatigue and tension-tension fatigue had special hollow fracture morphology, and CNTY resistance remained fundamentally unchanged in the combination fatigue process.     

Generalized variation iteration solution of an atmosphere-ocean oscillator model for global climate

A box model of the interhemispheric thermohaline circulation (THC) in atmosphere-ocean for global climate is considered. By using the generalized variational iteration method, the approximate solution of a simplified nonlinear model is studied. The generalized variational iteration method is an analytic method, and the obtained analytic solution can be operated sequentially. The authors also diversify qualitative and quantitative behaviors for corresponding physical quantities.

平板电磁成形时匀压力线圈及板料受力研究

鉴于电磁成形过程中线圈在工件上产生的磁场力对工件的最终成形结果有很大的影响,传统的平板螺旋线圈在平板上不能得到一致的磁压力分布,限制了平板的成形.为解决这一问题,采用数值模拟方法,针对平板电磁成形过程中的匀压力线圈,分析平板及匀压力线圈所受到的洛伦兹力大小分布.研究结果表明,在一定的区域内平板上的洛伦兹力分布较为均匀;线圈四周受到使其膨胀的洛伦兹力,但是由于外部通道和线圈中浇注的树脂的作用,导致线圈的失效部位容易发生在与板料靠近表面的中部区域.     

从苦豆子中分离纯化苦参碱和槐定碱的工艺研究

运用稀酸水法从苦豆子种子中提取生物碱,最佳提取条件为料液比1∶30,pH 1.5,提取时间5h。使用大孔树脂吸附法对提取的生物碱进行纯化,考察了SP850、SP825、SP700、SP207、AB-8等5种树脂的吸附效果,其中SP850型树脂吸附量和解析量均最大,分别为27.4mg/mL和20.4mg/mL。测定了体积分数为50%、60%、70%的乙醇洗脱效果,确定了60%乙醇为最佳洗脱浓度,洗脱体积为6倍柱体积。经氯仿萃取和旋转蒸发,得到纯度达83.5%的生物碱粗产品。运用硅胶柱层析技术从生物碱粗品中分离生物碱单体,考察了氯仿-甲醇-氨水系统,正己烷-乙醇-氨水系统,丙酮-甲醇-氨水系统在硅胶薄层色谱上对生物碱的分离效果,确定以V_正己烷∶V_乙醇∶V_氨水=8∶2∶0.1作为流动相。收集洗脱液,经过结晶和重结晶,得到苦参碱和槐定碱晶体。经检测,苦参碱纯度为98.3%,槐定碱纯度达96.8%。
